We guide athletes into translating their skills in their sport into their every day lives. AE partners with athletes to turn thoughts that are counterproductive into fuel for peak performance.

Knowing their self worth will lead to finding their purpose both in and out of their sport and will set them up for success. Financial Development


Problem.

Financial insecurities can play a huge part in how an athlete makes decisions. No matter where athletes are financially, becoming financially literate can be a daunting task and for many, unfamiliar territory that can lead to decisions unaligned to an athletes short term and long term goals.

Solution.

At AE, we help our athletes set financial goals that work for them. We get to the bottom of past, present and future financial struggles and give them the tools they need to make the best financial decisions that align to their goals. We push our athletes to become more financially independent and confident in their financial stability.

Result.

Athletes at AE learn and understand the importance of financial responsibility and are able to confidently achieve the financial goals set for themselves. Their new found knowledge and skills empower them to take control of their financial stability and wellbeing .

Leadership


Problem.

While it's important for athletes to have a voice, many struggle to understand who they are as a leader and how they are perceived by others. Athletes struggle between the balance of being a friend and being a leader. They often struggle to see how the more confident they are in themselves, the more it can build trust with others around them.

Solution.

At AE, we help our athletes get to the core of who they are and understand the impact their voice carries from an individual and collective standpoint. We work with them to build the communication and active listening skills in and out of their sport.

Result.

With new found confidence, athletes are more inclined to speak up and lead themselves and teammates to victory in and out of their sport. They also understand how to communicate effectively and become fully equipped with the skills they need to face any adversity that comes their way.
